Acupuncture is non-invasive, effective, and has an overall calming effect on the nervous system.

Tuina (pronounced "twee nah") is a form of Eastern bodywork that has been used in China for more than 2,500 years. Its a medical massage and based in the same philosophy as Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine. Tuina practitioners use a combination of massage, acupressure, and other forms of manual techniques. There is no use of needles in this therapy. More specifically, Tuina incorporates the use of Acupressure on Acupuncture points, traction, passive joint movement, and bodywork as part of the treatment. Tuina applications work to improve range of motion, reduce inflammation, and improve blood circulation throughout the body; leading to improved health and vitality. There are powerful benefits of therapeutic touch on the human body and have found to be a a necessity for our well-being.

Sound Healing with singing bowls

Healing with singing bowls has been known to reduce stress, aid in depression and insomnia, reduce pain and discomfort in the body, regulate blood pressure, help ADHD and improve concentration, support and strengthen the immune system, heal the effects of chemotherapy, aid in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, increase vitality and energy, facilitate meditation and deep relaxation.
— Suren Shrestha, author of Singing Bowl Therapy for Health and Wellbeing

All sound healing training was completed at Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School in Colorado with Suren Shrestha. Singing Bowl sessions can help soothe an overstressed mind and relax tense muscles. Patients report feeling such a deep calmness after their session. Playing the singing bowls in combination with acupuncture works beautifully well or as a session on its own.

Acupuncture, tuina, singing bowls they are all vibrational medicine; by affecting the frequency at which the body is functioning at, and works to rebalance and move the energy and blood flow where things are stuck. Check out this short clip of my teacher being interviewed on Atma Buti on Fox News while he was teaching in St. Petersburg, FL last November.
